Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a PPC Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budget calls, roadmaps and the client narrative, acting as the strategic voice in the room.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads with hands-on optimization. The role emphasizes ROAS/CPA improvements, conversion tracking accuracy and reporting on a quarterly basis.

• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.
