Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. This role focuses on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with the agency-wide duties of growth, ROI, and long-term client relationships across a distributed client base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers with examples.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients during live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to stop a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and reliable attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and present the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
