Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, budgets, roadmaps and narrative on calls, acting as the strategic voice for campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.

You will own 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps, drive account growth through retention and upsell, and ensure accurate measurement with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline growth you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
