Blacksmith Agency is seeking a PPC Manager, Multifamily to own paid media for multifamily clients. You will lead targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative on client calls, functioning as the strategic voice at the table.

You bring 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta experience, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, agency multi-client management, and clear English on live calls with US clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built and optimized personally.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client walkthroughs.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting; strong English on calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing, and know when to kill a campaign.
• Develop 90-day/quarterly roadmaps and narrate numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Multifamily you own paid media for a book of multifamily clients (multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for multifamily or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
