Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Paid Search Manager who owns paid media for B2B and growing brands. You’ll define targeting, budgets, and the roadmap, and present the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You’ll run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, drive ROAS/CPA improvements, and own the 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps with clear storytelling on results and future growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
