Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for HVAC clients across multi-location businesses. Remote role (Canada/USA/South Africa) with US client calls, you’ll lead budgeting, bidding and roadmap discussions and drive account growth.

You’ll manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, and track conversions with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels. Strong English required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, ran and optimized campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across multiple clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
