Job summary

Bartle & Gibson Co. is seeking a sales-focused professional to manage outside plumbing sales, quotes, and after-sales service in Western Canada. You will grow our business by servicing an existing account base and developing new accounts within the plumbing industry.

The role may require travel within the region and involves building positive customer relationships, handling quotes, orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction across deliveries and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' sales experience (counter/inside/outside) required.
• Post-secondary plumbing courses preferred.
• Knowledge of the plumbing industry or related products is an asset.
• Valid driver7s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and process calls and orders.
• Contact current customers and identify new products and upsell opportunities.
• Enter orders into the system and close orders.
• Source materials for customers when not in stock and open new accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products and provide pricing quotations and quotes follow-up.
