Bartle & Gibson in Grande Prairie is hiring for an Inside Sales role focused on Hydronics and HVAC. Join a respected plumbing, heating, and electrical supplier and help build a new team from day one, delivering quotes, processing orders, and supporting customers.

You will train ahead of the grand opening and work in a fast-paced environment where customer service, product knowledge, and upselling are key. Two years of sales experience and Hydronics/HVAC familiarity are preferred, with

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales experience (counter/inside/outside) preferred.
• Post-Secondary courses in Hydronics or HVAC preferred.
• Knowledge of Hydronics or HVAC products preferred.
• Ability to serve and negotiate with institutional and industrial purchasers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and process calls and orders.
• Contact current customers and identify new products and up-selling opportunities.
• Enter orders into the system.
• Source materials for customers when not in stock.
• Maintain knowledge base on current products and learn about new products.
• Provide product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries and service.
• Support Counter Sales and handle returns as required.
• Work closely with others to ensure customer needs are met.
• Other duties as required.

Bartle & Gibson is preparing to open a new branch in Grande Prairie and is now hiring. Training will take place ahead of the grand opening. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected plumbing, heating, and electrical company and be part of a new team from day one.

We are currently in search of a career-orientated person to join our team. We are looking for the right candidate to train and develop for a career in Hydronics & HVAC. This position handles Inside Sales, and Quotations for our customers. The position operates in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rewarding environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders
• Contacting current customers and identifying new products and potential up-selling
• Entering orders into the system
• Sourcing materials for customers when currently not in stock
• Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products
• Providing product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service
• Supporting Counter Sales and handling returns as required
• Working closely with others to ensure customer needs are met
• Other duties as required

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Candidates should possess a minimum of two years’ sales experience (counter sales, inside sales or outside sales) preferred
• Post-Secondary courses in Hydronics or HVAC preferred
• Skilled in serving and negotiating with institutional and industrial purchasers, Hydronics & HVAC contractors, and the public preferred
• Knowledge of the Hydronics or HVAC industry or a background in Hydronics and HVAC products preferred
