Bartle & Gibson in Western Canada seeks a customer service oriented individual to join our counter sales team for plumbing and electrical products. You will handle counter inquiries, phone orders, process transactions, source materials, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, comfort with a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn about plumbing, electrical, and heating products.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary courses in Plumbing, Electrical or Heating are assets.
• Knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and Heating industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Offering exceptional customer service at our counter and over the phone.
• Responding to inquiries and processing incoming calls and orders.
• Processing orders in the system.
• sourcing materials for customers when not in stock.
• Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Handling returns as required.
• Merchandising and showcasing product.
• Other duties as required.
