Job summary

WK Kellogg Co in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a Learning and Development Partner to build training that supports employee growth, operational excellence, and a safe, high-performing workplace.

You will develop and update materials, coordinate onboarding and role-based training, track progress and qualifications, and partner with Operations, Quality, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, and plant leadership to drive workforce readiness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma with 5+ years in Training Coordination/Human Resources/Learning & Development in manufacturing, or 8+ years in L&D without degree.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and training management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain training materials ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and role-based training across plant departments.
• Track training completion, qualifications, and development progress for workforce readiness.
• Maintain training databases and documentation for audit readiness.
• Review programs to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, EHS, HR, and leadership to identify training needs.
• Monitor training metrics and workforce development progress.
