Edwards Lifesciences in Mississauga, Canada, is seeking a senior learning and development leader to design and deliver scalable training programs that strengthen sales effectiveness, account management, and data-driven decision-making. This 18-month fixed-term contract partners with HR, Talent Management, and regional stakeholders to align learning with business priorities.

You will lead leadership and technical training development, drive change management, and manage projects ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field with 8+ years experience; or master’s with 6+ years HR experience.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive HR leadership, learning & development, or related consulting experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years people management experience preferred.
• Experience implementing learning and development programs, policies, processes in a complex environment.
• Experience with HR technologies and Microsoft tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of soft skills, selling skills, and account management training across Canada.
• Partner with business leaders to embed Strategic Account Management and strategic selling capabilities.
• Drive training and change management initiatives to accelerate Salesforce adoption and data-driven decision-making.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and continuously improve development programs with rollout strategy and effectiveness measurement.
• Collaborate with HR and regional stakeholders to align learning solutions to strategic goals.
• Design and develop leadership, management, commercial, clinical, and technical training programs and tools.
• Provide project management leadership for Structural Heart Disease strategic initiatives.
• Promote sponsorship and ownership of programs among leaders to maximize impact.
• Perform other incidental duties as required.
