Job summary

Mondelēz International in Canada is seeking a Training & Capability Lead to build and run a plant-wide digital training system at the Bertrand plant.

You will design programs, certify trainers, and align E&T with Lean Six Sigma while supporting 24/7 operations and multi-shift training needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience managing training systems and manufacturing processes.
• Adult learning principles and ADDIE framework knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plant-wide capability building system with digital training.
• Create and document training programs, trainer IDs, SMEs and certification processes.
• Lead E&T pillar and support other plant pillars to reduce skill losses.
