Job summary

Mondelez International seeks a specialist to build a capability-building system for the Scarborough plant, digitizing training activities and ensuring tools for all plant functions and pillars. You will develop training programs, identify trainers, and establish certification processes to enable self-directed learning and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing training systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to build capability-building programs from scratch.
• Familiarity with ADDIE or similar adult-learning frameworks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a capability-building system for the Scarborough plant.
• Digitize training activities and ensure tools for all plant functions and pillars.
• Develop trainer networks and certification processes.
• Lead the E&T pillar and align approaches with other plant pillars.
