Working closely with plant leaders, supervisors, and subject‑matter experts, you will shape how employees are onboarded, trained, and developed over time. This role sits within a collaborative HR and operations team and offers the chance to make a visible impact on workforce readiness, performance, and engagement within a manufacturing organization that values continuous improvement.

You can expect meaningful exposure to manufacturing operations, strong partnership with leadership, and the opportunity to continuously refine and evolve training programs. The environment supports collaboration, practical problem‑solving, and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities
  • You’ll design and implement structured onboarding and on‑the‑job training programs for manufacturing and operational teams.
  • In this role, you’ll develop training content aligned with safety, quality, and operational standards using adult learning principles.
  • You’ll partner with plant leaders and subject‑matter experts to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • You’ll manage and optimize the learning management system for training delivery, tracking, and reporting.
  • You’ll measure training effectiveness using clear metrics and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback.

  • Experience working with learning management systems and training metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with operational leaders and frontline teams.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and a practical, solutions‑focused mindset.
