Working closely with plant leaders, supervisors, and subject‑matter experts, you will shape how employees are onboarded, trained, and developed over time. Your Responsibilities

You’ll design and implement structured onboarding and on‑the‑job training programs for manufacturing and operational teams.
In this role, you’ll develop training content aligned with safety, quality, and operational standards using adult learning principles.
You’ll partner with plant leaders and subject‑matter experts to identify skill gaps and training needs.
You’ll manage and optimize the learning management system for training delivery, tracking, and reporting.
You’ll measure training effectiveness using clear metrics and continuously improve programs based on data and feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

3+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field, within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and hands‑on training methodologies.
Experience working with learning management systems and training metrics.
Ability to collaborate effectively with operational leaders and frontline teams.
Clear, confident communication skills and a practical, solutions‑focused mindset.
