Save-On-Foods is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant at our PriceSmart Foods Richmond-Ackroyd location in Richmond, BC. You will input prescriptions, manage stock, and ensure accurate patient records while supporting the pharmacist in delivering patient-centred care.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or have 2 years dispensary experience.
• Strong work ethic and 'let’s get it done' attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Kroll computer experience is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Receiving prescriptions and refill requests, inputting data into the computer.
• Inputting all patient and prescription information into the system.
• Managing stock: ordering, receiving, returns, expiry checks and inventory corrections.
• Adhering to merchandising programs, procedures and policies.
• Communicating allergy interactions and billing info to the pharmacist.

We are hiring for a Pharmacy Assistant at our PriceSmart Foods Richmond-Ackroyd location in Richmond, BC.

You will be responsible for:

• Receiving written prescriptions and written or verbal refill requests.
• Inputting all patient and prescription information into the computer.
• Performing all tasks related to ordering, receiving, and returning stock, expiry date checks, balance owing and inventory corrections.
• Adhering to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Communicating allergy interaction and relevant billing information to the pharmacist.

You have:

• Completed an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or have 2 years dispensary experience.

Compensation Details:

$19.00 - $23.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
