Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Caseworker in Canada to manage patient cases within the Specialty Services Department. You will coordinate with providers, funding bodies and patients, ensuring adherence to case-management protocols and data integrity.

The role involves outbound outreach, data entry, and collaboration with managers to optimize patient care. Prior experience in healthcare/pharma is an asset, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Bilingual (French/English) an asset.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in medical/pharmaceutical field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects or cases end-to-end.
• Adhere to general company processes.
• Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals and funding bodies.
• Document activities in the program database.
• Coordinate with managers and trained colleagues during foreseen absences.
• Report adverse events to assigned units/departments.
• Attend refresher training and specialized product training.
• Support outbound calls as part of patient programs.
