Job summary

World Courier in Canada is seeking a caseworker to support patient and provider programs within Cencora’s Innomar Strategies services. The role focuses on case management, outbound calls, and documentation in databases, with collaborative training and ongoing professional development.

The ideal candidate has a two-year associate’s degree, at least one year in customer service, and strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Bilingual French/English is an asset.
• Multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Experience in medical/pharmaceutical field is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects or cases within case-management protocols.
• Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies.
• Document activities in program-specific databases and maintain records.
• Coordinate with primary care providers and other teams as needed.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
