Qualifications

• Two-year associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Bilingual French/English is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical field is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Management of assigned projects and/or cases.
• Adherence to general company processes.
• Telephone support for patients, healthcare professionals and funding bodies.
• Document each activity in program-specific database.
• Participate in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses.
• Report adverse events to the assigned units/departments.
• Shadow and train new caseworkers as needed.
