Job summary

Cencora, operating in Canada via Innomar Strategies, is hiring to support patient and provider services and pharma commercialization. The role focuses on case management, data collection, and coordinated outreach to patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include lead management of cases, adverse event reporting, training participation, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience in pharma or healthcare is beneficial, with strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

Two-year associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
Bilingual (French/English) an asset.
Ability to multitask.
Attention to detail.
Strong problem solving skills.
Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical field is an asset.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects and/or cases.
Provide telephone support and assist with patient, healthcare professional and funding bodies.
Administer case-management protocols with clinical monitoring, data collection and patient follow-up.
Document activities in program databases.
Participate in training and provide feedback on protocols and processes.
Communicate clearly with managers, pods, and colleagues about case status.
Assist in training new caseworkers and shadowing/call monitoring.
Report adverse events to the assigned units/departments.
