You will handle phone inquiries, scheduling, emails, invoicing, and file management with a collaborative team that values calm efficiency and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working autonomously and following directions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system.
• Schedule appointments in the Ezyvet IT system.
• Place outbound calls for follow-up and future bookings.
• Respond to and manage email correspondence.
• Invoicing/billing; create estimates and process payments.
• File documents electronically.
