Job summary

Vernon Veterinary Clinic is seeking a client service representative/receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.

Flexibility and initiative to work independently as well as in a team are essential in our fast-paced setting. Key duties include answering calls, scheduling with Ezyvet IT system, outbound follow-ups, managing emails, invoicing and payments, and filing documents electronically.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system.
• Schedule appointments in Ezyvet IT system.
• Place outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future bookings.
• Respond and manage email correspondence.
• Invoicing/billing; create estimates, process payments.
• File documents electronically.
