Hello World Recruitment is partnering with a respected brokerage in Markham to recruit a Personal Lines CSR with strong underwriting experience. This role offers a hands-on position involving file review, client interactions, and use of PowerBroker, with a hybrid in-office setup in a close-knit team.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in personal lines, RIBO licensing, and familiarity with major markets and portals.

Qualifications

• RIBO license is required.
• 3+ years in a personal lines role, preferably in a brokerage setting.
• Familiarity with major personal lines markets (Intact, Aviva, Economical, etc.) and how their portals work.
• Comfort with PowerBroker.

Responsabilités

• Review and assess applications before submission – accuracy and underwriting insight are key.
• Service existing personal lines clients – policy changes, renewals, general inquiries.
• Work directly in PowerBroker and carrier portals to manage and process files.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and great client outcomes.
