JobsMedia.io seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts and provide expert client service. You will be the primary contact, guiding renewals, endorsements, and risk-based recommendations while ensuring accurate policy documentation.

Ideal candidates bring a RIBO license, 3+ years of personal lines brokerage experience, and strong communication skills. The role offers hybrid work, competitive compensation, and commissions with benefits.

Formación

• Active RIBO license in good standing is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Personal Lines brokerage environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Experience with EPIC, Compu-Quote and broker portals is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver comprehensive, professional service to a diverse portfolio of personal lines clients.
• Manage renewals, process endorsements, and handle account inquiries with precision.
• Evaluate client needs and risk exposures to recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Guide clients through the claims process, acting as a supportive advocate.
• Collaborate with producers, insurance partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless service.
• Prepare insurance applications, proposals, and accurate policy documentation.
