Hello World Recruitment is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for a Toronto brokerage. You will manage a book of personal lines business, respond to client inquiries, renewals, and seek growth while maintaining relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years in personal insurance, a R.I.B.O. license, and familiarity with EPIC and carrier portals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; remote work is available after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in personal insurance account management.
• R.I.B.O. license required.
• Proficiency in Powerbroker is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of insurance carriers and portals.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and fax with high-quality service.
• Review renewals, generate quotes, and remarket policies to stay competitive.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to grow the book.
• Process endorsements, renewals, and claims via EPIC and portals.
