Job summary

Aplin in Calgary is seeking a Personal Lines Service Broker to join a growing, family‑run insurance brokerage. You will service Personal Lines, handle policy changes, endorsements, and client requests, supporting an established book of business.

With 1–2 years of insurance experience, a Level 1–3 license, and strong communication and organizational skills, you will update records in EPIC, process quotes for Auto/Property, and contribute to daily brokerage administration.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of insurance or brokerage experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process Personal Lines policy changes and endorsements.
• Handle vehicle additions and client policy requests.
• Update policies and client information in the broker management system (EPIC).
• Prepare and send policy documents to clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up as needed.
