Job summary

David Aplin Recruiting is seeking a Personal Lines Broker for a well-established, family-owned insurance brokerage in Canada. The role requires at least 1 year of personal lines brokerage experience and an active RIBO license.

You will build strong client relationships and tailor insurance solutions. Responsibilities include servicing Home, Auto, and Property, handling quotes, renewals and endorsements, and supporting clients with claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines brokerage experience.
• Active RIBO license.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Good understanding of personal lines products.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Applied EPIC experience is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

• $45K–$59K base salary
• 50% commission on new business; no renewal commission
