Job summary

Impact Recruitment is assisting a family-owned insurance brokerage in Burlington to hire a Personal Lines Broker. The role targets individuals with at least 1 year of personal lines brokerage experience who enjoy building strong client relationships and tailoring coverage.

You will service Home, Auto, and Property, handle quotes, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes, and liaise with clients and carriers to identify cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines brokerage experience.
• Active RIBO license.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Good understanding of personal lines products.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Applied EPIC experience is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits

• $45K-$59K base salary
• 50% commission on new business; no renewal commission
