Job summary

Our client, an established independent insurance brokerage in Edmonton, seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager / Broker. The role suits a licensed broker with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys the service side and can support new business and cross‑selling opportunities.

You will work with major personal lines insurers, navigate insurer portals, and balance service and sales during peak seasons in a collaborative, team‑based environment. Office‑based with employee parking provided.

Qualifications

• Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance Licence.
• Minimum 1–2 years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Experience servicing personal lines clients in a brokerage environment.
• Strong working knowledge of insurer portals and online company systems.
• Comfortable supporting both service and new business activity.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑based environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage higher volumes during peak seasons.
• Experience with Power Broker and Applied considered an asset.
• Motorcycle insurance experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities
