Job summary

Aplin is hiring in Calgary for a seasoned personal lines professional to manage and grow a home and auto book in a hybrid sales and service role. Most new business comes from referrals, while the support team handles invoicing and certificates.

The role offers a base salary of CAD 60,000–75,000 plus new business commission, with health benefits, a spending account, paid vacation, personal days and free parking.

Qualifications

• Alberta Level 1 license required; Level 2 preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in personal lines (home & auto).
• Strong self-starter with accountability and maturity.
• Adaptable to a flexible work environment with limited structure or hierarchy.
• Proven ability to grow a book and meet revenue or policy targets.
• Experience in smaller organizations preferred; not ideal for those needing strict structure or seniority-based progression.
