Job summary

David Aplin Recruiting is partnering with a client to hire a Personal Lines Account Manager in Canada. You will manage client relationships and a diverse portfolio of personal insurance policies in a collaborative, supportive environment.

This role offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives and a hybrid work arrangement after onboarding. You will use Epic to manage policy documentation and support renewal activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a personal insurance account manager at a brokerage.
• Experience managing a book of business and delivering strong client service.
• Experience with Epic or similar insurance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal lines insurance book, including handling client inquiries, policy changes, and renewals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster retention and satisfaction.
• Promote new business growth through referrals and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams on renewal reviews and client updates.
• Use Epic system for all policy documentation, updates, and inquiries.
• Support broker responsibilities such as client portal management.
