Job summary

Aplin is seeking a Personal Lines Service Broker in Edmonton to manage a personal lines portfolio, renewals, and client requests with a strong focus on service excellence.

You will handle inbound calls, collaborate with internal support teams, and contribute to growing the personal lines book through outstanding client engagement, supported by a flexible hybrid or remote work option after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Level 1 personal lines insurance experience
• Punjabi or Hindi preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently

Compensation

• Competitive base salary between $50,000 to $55,000 (based on your experience) plus commission on new business
