Schill Insurance Brokers Ltd. is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to deliver exceptional service, manage policies, and grow the Personal Lines book.

You will greet clients, answer calls, handle inquiries, and produce professional correspondence while building strong client relationships. You will solicit, sell, and service Personal Lines for new and existing clients, underwriting renewals and communicating premium changes.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 General Insurance License.
• Minimum 3 years experience selling Personal Lines.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High level of accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in clients and visitors professionally.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring client needs are addressed.
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up.
• Produce clear, professional written correspondence in line with company standards.
• Solicit, sell, and service Personal Lines insurance for new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell by understanding client needs.
• Underwrite new and renewal business according to guidelines.
• Review renewals, communicate premium changes, and re-market policies to retain business.
• Process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Enter and maintain client data in EPIC.
• Maintain complete client records for team collaboration.
• Create and follow up on abeyances for underwriting items.
