Job summary

You will engage customers in day-to-day advice, handle service transactions, educate on digital banking, and support frontline staff with various transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance and high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent certification within 90 days of start date.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), branch software and internet.
• Knowledge of banking solutions to advise customers.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
• Guide customers to the right colleague for banking solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on digital banking trends and platforms (mobile, ATM, online).
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard issues.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate documentation aligns with regulations and TD Code of Conduct.
