Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate Trainee to guide customers through financial needs, including new accounts and investment advice. You will refer customers to the right staff while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
IFC certification within 90 days of start date.
Post-secondary degree in related field preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and branch software.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs and service transactions related to banking solutions.
Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact person for solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to enhance digital banking adoption.
Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard issues to management.
Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
Contribute to timely, accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
Ensure documentation reflects business intentions and TD's conduct standards.
Promote teamwork and personal development to drive performance and service quality.
