Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate Trainee to join a branch team in Calgary. You will guide customers to the right staff for accounts, investments, and banking solutions, while promoting TD’s digital channels and maintaining confidentiality.

You will develop in a collaborative environment with training, mobility within the assigned district, and opportunities to advance to frontline roles as you progress through the program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent – within 90 days of start date.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions and digital education.
• Understand customer needs and guide to appropriate staff for solutions.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
