You will learn TD’s digital tools, support frontline staff with transactions, and participate in mobility within the assigned district after training. Eligibility requires a high school diploma and 1+ years of relevant experience; IFC within 90 days.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • IFC or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and branch software; strong banking knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in day-to-day advisory needs, service transactions, and problem resolution.
  • Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact person for solutions.
  • Educate customers on mobile, ATM and online banking trends.
  • Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions.
  • Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
  • Complete business processes accurately and in line with regulations.
