Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers with day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
  • Guide customers to the right staff for appropriate solutions while handling confidential matters.
  • Build confidence in digital banking through mobile, ATM, and online banking education.
  • Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions; report non-standard matters to management.
  • Recommend improvements to branch operations and processes to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with TD's policies.
