Qualifications

• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), branch software and internet.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
• Self-starter with strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Dynamic, diligent, and effective influencer with can-do attitude to handle several tasks and changing priorities.
• Strong communicator with customer experience skills, able to connect with customers and teams in a courteous manner.
• Trainee Mobility clause: willing to relocate within assigned district as training progresses.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution related to banking solutions.
• Understand customer needs and guide to the right contact for appropriate solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking to build confidence in digital tools.
• Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions and report non-standard matters to management.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience and achieve operational excellence.
• Participate in timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures.
• Ensure prepared documentation reflects business intentions and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
