Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) accreditation or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA) within 6 months of start date.
• Trainee Mobility clause requiring mobility within the Assigned District and potential relocation to another TD location within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch with a focus on home borrowing.
• Promote Real Estate Secured Lending products and related TDCT services to customers.
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover needs and refer to the appropriate specialist.
• Improve customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue and advice.
• Serve as a branch SME for personal and business banking products, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a professional, inviting branch space in line with guidelines.
• Engage in proactive outreach to discuss portfolio updates and new opportunities.
• Stay informed about the local market and economic trends to support recommendations.
• Contribute to growth by attracting, acquiring and retaining customers and referrals.
