• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day needs, service transactions, and digital education.
• Guide customers to the right staff for solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
