Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate Trainee for our Saskatoon branch. You will build customer relationships, assist with accounts and banking solutions, and guide customers to the right specialists for complex needs.

Responsibilities include daily service transactions, digital banking education, and supporting staff with routine and non-routine tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience. Mobility within the assigned district is required during/after training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and branch software.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day banking transactions and advisory needs.
• Guide customers to appropriate staff for resolutions and solutions.
• Educate customers on digital banking and promote TD services.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and issue resolution.

Education

Post-secondary or Undergraduate degree (preferred)
