Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate Trainee for our Victoria branch to guide customers toward appropriate staff for financial queries, new accounts, and banking solutions. You will engage customers, educate on digital banking, and support frontline staff with transactions in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office and branch software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent – within 90 days of start date.
• Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), branch software and internet.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
• Guide customers to the right contact person for solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on digital banking and banking solutions (mobile, ATM, online).
• Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
