Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• IFIC or equivalent certification completed or in progress.
• CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired.
• Real estate secured lending and/or investment experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions across investment and credit options.
• Ask thoughtful questions to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice and solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support frontline staff and mentor teammates; ensure regulatory compliance.
