Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate for our Victoria branch to engage customers in day-to-day banking needs, advise on products, and steer customers to the right TD partner for solutions. You will support staff with transactions and promote digital banking tools while upholding TD's service standards.

The role requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 1+ years of experience, proficiency in MS Office and branch software, and knowledge of banking processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and branch software.
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes to advise customers.
• Licensing requirements for Mutual Fund licensing where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in day-to-day banking needs and service transactions.
• Guide customers to the right staff for solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers about digital banking options and promote TD services.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
• Contribute to branch operations improvements and customer experience.
