Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent certification post-appointment within 6 months.
• Post-secondary degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day banking needs and transactions.
• Guide customers to appropriate staff for accounts, investments, and solutions.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking features.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions; report issues.
• Suggest improvements to branch operations to enhance customer experience.
• Complete business processes accurately and in line with regulations.
