Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Personal Banking Associate Trainee for our St. Albert branch.

You will guide customers to appropriate staff for banking solutions, assist with new accounts, investments, and online tools, and help maintain a positive customer experience. You will engage in daily transactions, educate clients on digital banking, support frontline staff, and contribute to branch operations while demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and branch software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with day-to-day banking needs and referrals.
• Guide customers to appropriate staff for solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on mobile, ATM, and online banking features.
• Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions and resolve issues.
• Contribute to branch operations and process improvements.
