• Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in advising customers on high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
• Engage with customers by asking thoughtful questions to create positive experiences and deepen relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice to increase customer confidence and loyalty while maintaining confidentiality.
• Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer issues.
• Maintain professional space in common areas per marketing and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with customers to provide financial reviews and discuss portfolio updates; suggest tailored solutions.
