You will partner with frontline staff to promote services, deliver clear guidance, and maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced branch environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent experience), an IFIC/CFSA track, and strong communication with a customer-first mindset.

Formación

• High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in related field is an asset.
• Completion of IFIC or equivalent required; CFSA must be completed within 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from investment and credit banking options.
• Ask thoughtful questions to build positive customer experiences and deepen relationships.
• Provide personalized financial reviews and discuss portfolio updates with customers.
