TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate Trainee for our Vancouver branch. You will guide customers through accounts, investments basics, and banking solutions, connecting them with the right specialist when needed.

You will build relationships, educate customers on digital banking, and uphold TD's Code of Conduct while contributing to a positive branch environment. Mobility within the assigned district is expected during training and after placement.

Qualificações

• High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience.
• IFC or equivalent – within 90 days of start date.
• Post-Secondary degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and branch software.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers with day-to-day advice needs and service transactions.
• Guide customers to the right contact for appropriate solutions while handling confidential matters.
• Educate customers on digital banking: mobile, ATM, and online banking.
• Support frontline staff with scheduled cash and non-cash transactions and report issues.
