Job summary

TD Canada Trust is seeking a Personal Banking Associate for our Kanata branch to help customers with everyday banking needs, new accounts, and financial solutions. You will guide clients to the right staff member and support transactions while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

This role emphasizes relationship building, digital banking education, and teamwork within a supportive TD environment that offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing development.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • IFC or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
  • Post-secondary degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and branch software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers in day-to-day banking needs and service transactions.
  • Guide customers to the right contact for solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Educate customers on digital banking options.
  • Support frontline staff with transactions and resolve issues.
  • Promote improvements to branch operations and customer experience.
  • Ensure documentation reflects business intentions and complies with regulations.
  • Contribute to a positive, equitable work environment.
